Requirements: 

• Legally married and willing to serve as a couple
• Attended The Ark for at least 6 months
• Attend Ark Adults Orientation
• Attend one semester of Married Life class
• Complete a SYMBIS Assessment and mentoring consultation with an Ark Adults staff member.
• Complete an additional application process, which includes an audition video and interview
• Attend Marriage Mentoring training classes

Responsibilities:

• Meet regularly with engaged or married couples to help build and/or strengthen marriages with empathy and biblical truth
• Attend all applicable Ark Adults trainings

Serving Shifts: 

• Mentoring sessions are scheduled on campus at mutually convenient times
